HRDC is a Non Governmental Organisation serving the public interest through regional development initiatives, support of local investment activities, training and technology transfer.
HRDC promotes continuous technological and vocational training with the objective of spreading experiences, transferring skills and promoting stable co-operation bonds between the world of industry, regional authorities, research and University institutions.
