Project Management
The Hellenic Regional Development Center has been involved in a number of EU co-funded projects. Our large experience covers all development stages and roles in a project, from the idea generation to the exploitation of results, from project coordinator to support service provider.
Guidance provided in the preparation phase
- We evaluate the relevance and substance of your project idea and analyse, if it is feasible under any of the EU funding programmes.
- Based on the feasibility analysis, we identify the right funding programme for your project idea and define the strategic objectives which are compatible with the chosen Call.
- Through the large network of contacts we have established, we may help you assemble suitable partners in your consortium in order to create a strong partnership for achieving the project goals.
- We provide proposal writing by HRDC’s experienced project managers and editors, who will make sure that all formal requirements and evaluation criteria are met and that the proposal is written in the format required by the European Commission.
Guidance in the implementation phase
The provision of project management services includes the overall planning, control and co-ordination of the project as well as provision of guidance on issues linked to financial management, monitoring, quality assurance, internal evaluation.
