The project ΄΄Effective Official and Satisfied Citizen-Good Practices in a Modern EU State΄΄ - Open Minded Office (omOffice) is co-financed by EU funds, as a Transfer of Innovation project under the Leonardo da Vinci program and it is implemented by the Polish, German, Slovak and Greek partners.

The project started in November 2008 and will be officially completed in November 2010.

The project aims to adapt and test a training package from work organization in administration. The training package will be based on the experience of other EU countries (Germany) and the general competence profiles for administrative workers developed in the project. Training will be conducted in Poland and Slovakia. The final action shall be the certification of a prepared training package.

The experience of HRDC from Greece, REFA Bundesverband e.V. from Germany and the TRANSFER Association from Poland, as well as the involvement of partners from the Fraunhofer IPA Slovakia and the REFA Wielkopolska in testing of the training package will help to create a universal training program for administration workers in different countries.

In the long term, the educational package will be referred in governmental employees, in the administration, in commercial (industrial) enterprises and in companies of benefit of administrative services. The expected result as for the citizens is the change of culture for the role and the responsibilities that have the employees concerning the citizens, for the operation of offices of service as well as the effective application of activities in the sectors of  economic, organisational and administrative structures of local authorities.
