PARTICIPATION OF HRDC IN THE SECOND TRANSNATIONAL MEETING OF omOFFICE PROJECT
The Hellenic Regional Development Center participated in the Second Translational meeting of the Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project Effective Official and Satisfied Citizen-Good Practices in a Modern EU State organised in Darmstadt (Germany) by the organisation REFA Bundesverband e.V.
During this two day meeting, project partners had the opportunity to exchange ideas on the Generic Generic Competence Profile of Local Government Officers, on the research tools to be used for the analysis of training needs and the internal project evaluation.
Partners have benefited from the presentation of the REFA Training program for Administration, the presentation on the phases of the training model and the training modules, which will be adapted and transferred to Poland and Slovakia in December 2009.
