PARTICIPATION OF HRDC AT THE KICK OFF MEETING OF TETRA PROJECT
The Hellenic Regional Development Center participated at the first transnational meeting of GRUNDTVIG Multilateral project TETRAHEDRON. The meeting was organized in Modena (Italy), on 29th and 30th of October 2009 by the promoting organization MODENA FORMAZIONE.
To the meeting participated partner representatives from 4 European countries (Italy, Germany, Greece and Portugal). During the first day of the meeting, partners discussed the theoretical background, the activities previewed and the expected results of the project. Furthermore, the partnership determined the target-groups of the project (women, immigrants and disabled people) as well as the methodology to be applied for the training needs analysis. The results of the identification of training needs will lead to the development and application of an on-line educational program to be piloted in each partner country.
During the conference which took place at the 2nd day of the meeting, the project idea was presented to representatives from the academic community and local authorities.
The second meeting of the TETRA project will take place on May, in Portugal.
